Sales Officer

• Looking for a full-time skilled, motivated, and high performer Direct Sales Officer to join our Sales team.
• Responsible for attracting new business and increasing our market share sales figures.

Duties and responsibilities :

• Generate business through highly professional sales techniques learned from the advanced training provided by the company.
• Maintain an excellent level of service to existing clients in order to generate cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, obtain leads from existing clients and minimize policy cancellation.
• Follow up on clients' requirements and issues with the various departments in the company.
• Achieve targets for life and non-life production consistently and according to a contractual obligation.
