AX CAPITAL, a leading Real Estate firm based in Dubai, is seeking experienced Real Estate Admins to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the real estate industry, supporting and facilitating the business development process making calls developing relationships handling administrative tasks liaising with Operations Manager.

Job Purpose:

The Real Estate Admin Business Development role is responsible for supporting the Director of Business Development and the sales team with administrative tasks and facilitating the business development process in the real estate industry. The role requires a deep understanding of the market, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the real estate industry, including potential partnerships, joint ventures, and investment opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitor activity, and potential areas for growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to develop new business opportunities and expand the company's presence in the real estate industry.
  • Work closely with the Director of Business Development and other senior leaders to develop and execute strategic plans for growth and expansion in the real estate industry.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services, as well as industry regulations and trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure successful execution of business development initiatives.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on industry trends and develop new business relationships.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients and partners, highlighting the company's value proposition and unique offerings.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients and partners, ensuring that all agreements are mutually beneficial and aligned with the company's strategic goals.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, real estate or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a real estate or business development administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce or similar CRM software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and evaluate new business opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry, including regulations, market trends, and competitor activity.
