We are seeking a highly capable and versatile professional to join our Family Office as Personal Assistant with an accounting background. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to business and to family members while also managing day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will be able to efficiently handle both PA/Managerial and Accounting tasks with professionalism and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars, schedules, and appointments.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements
  • Handle communication and correspondence
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Organize and maintain files and records.
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination.
  • Prepare and organize documents and reports.
  • Monitor and improve office processes and procedures.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

المهارات

Requirements:

  • Must have a valid UAE Driving License with own car.
  • Proven experience as an office manager, personal assistant, accountant or in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of accounting software.
  • Ability to prepare and analyze financial statements including balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and data analysis.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of computer applications, particularly to be very professional in using Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Required Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree, Diploma or equivalent certification related in accounting or business administration.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in general accounting functions, including journal entry, month-end and year-end close processes, financial reporting, and account reconciliations.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as Office Administrator and an Executive Assistant to the MD, Chairman, President, or CEO.
