Responsible for recruiting and hiring new employees, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
Responsible for ensuring HR goals and objectives are met within established timelines.
Responsible for maintaining positive relationships between employees and management. To mediate disputes, counsel employees on work-related issues, and provide guidance to management on employee relations issues.
Provide management team monthly reports on HR and employee statistics, work in progress, recommendations, and initiatives.
Assist managers in conducting employee performance evaluations and developing plans to improve employee performance.
Ensure that the organization complies with all applicable labor laws and regulations which involves monitoring and reporting on compliance issues and developing policies and procedures to ensure compliance
المهارات
- English and Russian language proficiency
- Minimum 2 years of experiences HR in UAE
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
- Strong ethics and reliability
