We are a startup firm that will focus on professional IT consulting & IT services that helps companies in the USA adopt new endpoint and collaboration technologies. Our clients are small and medium businesses focused on Healthcare, Banking, and Schools. Our firm is a Google Authorized Partner. As an Endpoint Solution Engineer you will serve as a consultant to assist clients adopt Google Endpoint Solution such as ChromeOS and Google Workspace. The role will support clients that are currently using Google solutions or looking to migrate from other endpoint platforms such as Windows or macOS . In this role, you will help clients with Proof of Concepts, Deployments and being the technical advisor to overcome technical barriers to ensure customer satisfaction. You will work with Google engineers and Computer companies such as Lenovo and Acer to design client solutions. This role is currently 20 hours per week. Working hours will be 6pm to 10pm Amman time (GMT+3) Monday through Friday. Candidates should possess strong problem-solving, consulting and customer service skills in addition to in-depth technical knowledge of computer hardware, operating system and software applications.
Skills
Google Endpoint Engineer is responsible for being a consultant for clients looking to adopt ChromeOS and Google Workspace in their organization. This could include helping customers at the beginning of their adoption journey or after they have deployed ChromeOS and Google Workspace.
Required Skills:
Fluent in English (speaking, reading & writing)
Technical familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, macOS)
Technical familiarity with Microsoft Office
Technical experience in design and deploying computers in a business environment
Experience in Device Management (MDM) such as Microsoft Autopilot, Jamf
Google Workspace & Chrome Admin Certifications will be required to complete in initial 30 days of employment
