The ideal candidate will lead and drive the digital strategy and delivery across the Middle East. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. The candidate should be results oriented as demonstrated by the ability to set new and challenging goals for self or team.

Key Accountability:

· Leadership of Digital and Technology transformation programs.

· Act as a trusted business partner and build credibility with the leadership team, peers and subordinates as a thought leader in the Digital & Technology space.

· Collaborate closely with business leaders in finance, procurement & supply chain, operations, human resources, marketing/business development to understand their current situation and priorities and jointly chart the way-forward for future roadmap.

· Outline and own digital roadmap, identify digital systems & technologies, develop business case for investments, and select partners needed during the implementation journey.

· Ability to understand, explain and present technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels up to senior management in a persuasive and convincing manner.

· Ability to see potential business areas where digital & technology can enhance competitiveness, effectiveness and efficiency besides creating a competitive differentiation.

· Manage Key Enterprise Platforms, Apps & Digital tools.

· Manage enterprise-wide IT infrastructure & Security.

المهارات

Competencies:

· Extensive experience in Digital & Technology with pedigree in driving technology transformations, managing core and non-core applications & IT infrastructure operations.

· 3+ years as a CIO in a mid-size organization or as an IT Director for digital and enterprise applications in a large organization.

· Exposure to and understanding of systems and applications such as SAP ERP, Kronos WFM, SuccessFactors, POS, Digital Ordering, BI/Analytics, Ariba/Jaggaer, Anaplan, CRM, Procurement & Supply Chain solutions etc.

· Well versed with technologies such as Cloud and Cybersecurity, and ability to manage traditional IT such as Infra, Network and end-user support through associated tools like Zscalaer, Tanium (patch mgmt), Intune (MDM) etc.

· Extensive exposure to digital & technology development, implementation, support, and operations in related industries (QSR/Retail/Hospitality/CPG etc.) in a fast-paced environment.

· Familiarity and exposure to new age technologies like AI/ML/RPA etc. and their application/use cases in a business environment.

· Be a champion of change for delivering returns on new technology investments while optimizing current digital & technology investments through innovative solutions to operational challenges.
