Proposals Manager

Evaluate RFPs, creates pricing, technical and commercial proposals, and ensures their completion.
Develop effective proposal strategies, negotiating, benchmarking pricing, and managing pricing for design and construction supervision projects.
Implement salesforce and manage the pipeline, as well as post-award contract documentation with the support of document controllers.
Oversee the production of proposals, including desktop publishing, proofreading, editing, printing, and binding.
Manage proposal efforts with discipline engineers, contracts, and other relevant heads of sections and executives, as well as subconsultants.
Extract project scopes, milestones, resources, and cost sources from RFPs, pricing invitations, and contractual documents, including receiving, reviewing, and extracting all necessary information from potential clients.
Control and monitor the status of proposal development-related documents for completeness and compliance with RFP requirements achieving the best discriminating presentations.

المهارات

Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or architecture
Minimum 5 years of overall experience as a proposals/tender engineer, including min. 2 years in UAE with an engineering design consultant.
Proactive, confident, engaged, reliable and can perform independently with minimal supervision to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment responsible.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and Arabic.
