  • Acts as a liaison between customers and management in order to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Ensure that country specific logistics requirements are applied and communicated with related departments.
  • Proactive communication with customers to understand needs and expectations for order management.
  • Coordinate with corresponding functions in case of order exception handling.
  • Ensure follow up of complaints and ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers problems and concerns.
  • Coordinate with technical & registration team in addition with artwork designer on the availability of the labels prior to orders executions.
  • Ensure that customer orders are received and placed in line with forecast and firm planned fence time.
  • Manage day-to-day operations within the related departments.
  • Responsible for information flow with reference to the expected availabilities/problems/derogations.
  • Inform customers on product enquiries: product availability, packaging, etc.. in coordination with Sales Team.
  • Assist in keeping customer database up-to-date including administration of distribution agreements, general terms and conditions with appendices of customer forecast in cooperation with sales team and related functions.
  • Monitoring and updating customer forecast on monthly base.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, logistics or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service.
  • Excellent proficiency working with Microsoft Office, particular with Excel, PowerPoint, etc..
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills including active listening and ability to build good relationships with clients.
  • Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
