  • Provide quick, efficient, and reliable services for all Government related jobs such as Employment Permits, Entry Visas, Medical Examinations, miscellaneous jobs related to Immigration, Ministry of Labor and Consulates, and Business Licenses to the company and its group.
  • Obtain new employment visas / work permits for all expatriate employees.
  • Monitor and renew employee residence permits.
  • Obtain new residence visas for dependents of employees.
  • Facilitate renewal of residence visas for dependents.
  • Facilitate obtaining and renewal of Expatriates passports for employees and dependents.
  • Facilitate and follow-up cancellation of visas for employees and dependents.
  • Facilitate complex medical / police procedures on event of death of any employee or next to kin.
  • Responsible to administer the following towards business facilitation on day-to-day basis:
  • Liaise with embassies / foreign diplomatic missions to enable business visits.
  • Liaise with UAE Immigration dept. in obtaining business entry visas for global business visitors.
  • Provide service, support, and assistance to new and existing employees on their requirements such as driving license, car registrations, accommodation, and legal requirements to ensure that PR services are provided as required.
  • Accompany employees to relevant ministry departments, traffic department, or medical testing facilities.
  • Preparing, processing, and submitting documents related to entry and employment visas, family visas, trade licenses and other legal documents to government departments.
  • Providing advice to managers and staff on current changes and rulings relating to the Ministry of Labor and Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Commerce and Industry policies and procedures
  • Collect and provide periodical updates from the government authorities on all labor and immigration rules to keep P&O department abreast of any changes in rules and procedures.
  • Submit, follow-up and collect all new employment and business visas to ensure that the visas are processed on a timely manner to support the business.
  • Renew, update, and maintain all employees and their dependents’ visas, labor cards, and labor contracts in a timely manner to ensure that company’s records are up to date in the labor and immigration departments.
  • Renew, update, and maintain the trade licenses and other government certificates of all company’s legal entities in the UAE to ensure that the documents are up to date.
  • Renew and maintain all company’s leases in UAE before its expiry, which includes offices and company apartments.
  • Obtain visas from other embassies in UAE for staff members for their business travel.
  • Arrange the processing of attestation of employee qualifications as required.
  • To liaise between company and Government Organizations, act on our behalf to ensure efficient communication and organization.
  • Ensure a professional and exemplary company image is maintained.
