Overview of the role:

The role will be part of the Toyota & Lexus Aftersales Distributor Business Planning Department. The role will support annual budget, forecast analysis, Adhoc analysis, preparation of principal reports, Marketing campaign offers & results reports, Analysis of aftersales business performance for both service and parts; looking at market trends to identify opportunities in both B2C as well as in B2B to support strategic decision-making and Visits & Revenue maximization.

What you will do:

  • Interact with stakeholders, analyze trends & provide Weekly forecasts, mid-term and annual business plan with rationale to challenge current status, pushing volumes & profitability.
  • Produce periodical & Monthly Ad hoc KPI Reports, conduct internal review, discussions to identify areas of business improvements, opportunities, highlighting risk and opportunities, both in retail and in fleet operations.
  • Analyze various segments, prepare targets & coordinate with all stakeholders like Marketing, CRM Dept and Call Center to achieve daily VIN visit targets. Analyze & submit trend reports with all stakeholders to ensure sharp focus & actions for consistent performance.
  • Devise Marketing schemes & offers, introduction & performance tracking of Quarterly & annual Marketing Campaigns, Monitoring competitive Offers on social media, Smooth conduct of Aftersales processes on Website, WhatsApp & Online channels for smooth Customer Service.
  • Keep track of Principal related reports, ensure report preparation with quality & accuracy including timely submission.
  • To work closely with Technical, Warranty & Pricing department to create new model or modify existing Aftersales packages.
  • Coordination with IT for smooth & timely development of new or existing system enhancement.
  • Work with retention team to launch the retention products in the network (SMC, Extended Warranty etc)

Required skills to be successful:

  • Ability to operate SAP system and experience of Microsoft tools
  • Lead projects and manage stakeholders.
  • Experienced in Business Planning within Automotive industry handling volume brands
  • Business analytical and Data management skills

About The Team:

The position will report to Aftersales Brand Lead and manage a team of 2.

What Equips You For The Role:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar job profile from an automotive industry
  • Degree or Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering
  • Ability to coordinate projects, manage stakeholders.
