Job Role – Growth Manager – HR & Administration

Purpose – Enable growth of personnel and company, managing administrative compliance, regulatory affairs and commercial developments.

Responsibilities

Enable company growth through people management – empower right roles and responsibilities, performance management, holidays.

Manage regulatory compliance for the company across internal and external stakeholders, including government / industry associations
Enlighten stakeholders of new regulatory aspects, opportunities – big / small, country / region wide developments.
Report proactively on risk mitigation and realise potential business growth.
Champion agile process and service excellence across all functions.

Experience

3+ years of managing personnel matters and regulatory compliance.
Good understanding of current and evolving regulatory affairs and commercial developments in Saudi Arabia.
Demonstrable experience of enabling initiatives, recognizing and rewarding individual and team performance.
