Works proactively to determine the requirements of a project or program, serve as the bridge between end-users and the engineers who develop the product, creating User Stories, eliciting requirements, writing narratives, and assisting with release planning.

Qualifications
|
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent with a minimum good grade.
- 4-6 years’ of experience in business analysis for web and mobile apps.
- Very good command of both written and spoken English language.
- Very good knowledge of business structure.
- Very good knowledge of process modeling.
- Good knowledge of analysis, visualization and prototyping.
- Facilitation, observational, Elicitation and interviewing skills.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, any Scrum Framework and any wireframes-designing tool.
