Overview of the role

We are currently looking to recruit a highly experienced Warehouse Supervisor with for Al-Futtaim Logistics. In this role, you are expected to effectively supervise warehouse activity, ensuring all deadlines and standards are achieved in an efficient and cost-effective manner.

What you will do

You will supervise the day-to-day operations in terms of receiving, checking, storing, picking, stock control activities, Quality, Health & Safety, and to ensure that these functions are carried out in a timely, reliable and cost-effective manner.

Required skills to be successful

2-3 years’ experience in large scale warehousing operations/ 3PL operations

Detailed understanding of operational, administrative and system processes in the warehouse

Well experience in managing a team

E-commerce fulfillment experience

About the team

The role will report to the Operations Manager and you will be managing a team of 10-15 associates. You will be working in a dynamic and busy environment wherein you will be dealing directly with different Stakeholders across the organization.

What equips you for the role

The ideal candidate will possess a Warehousing, Logistics or Supply Chain Degree with at least 2-3 years’ experience in large scale warehousing, procurement, or transport operations.

You need to be a strong communicator in English and native languages of workforce. You must have an excellent planning, organizational skills, problem solving and has the ability of managing conflicts.
