Overview of the role:
We are currently looking to recruit a performance driven Sales Supervisor to join our growing used car sales team at Automall. Your role as a Sales Supervisor is to be on the frontline, achieving sales success while assisting in managing a sales team & providing a first-class sales experience for our customers. You will be the face of the business for every customer you interact with. You will be responsible for individual sales, managing a sales team & supporting the branch manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the showroom.
What you will do:
- Achieve all sales objectives set for yourself, your team as well as the branch including but not limited to volume, gross margin, trade-in targets, F&I targets etc
- Assist the branch manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the branch
- Supervise the sales team activities to ensure that all activities are carried out as per the company’s policies and procedures
- Initiate dialogue with Sales team and branch management to discuss and address sales target issues, customer complaints and improvement opportunities
- Ensure business process standards are maintained, including the monitoring of Customer data capture and accuracy at all Point of Sales
- Train & coach sales team members to deliver a consistent standard of customer care, & achieve business objectives, while taking actions to develop individuals for future growth
- Be the first point of contact to support the sales team & address any customer enquiries & issues in an effective & timely manner
- The role is to support the sales objectives of the company through achieving given sales and CSI targets for both yourself, your team & the branch
- Achieve and maintain the company prescribed standard sales policies and procedures
- Attend & follow up all customer enquiries/prospects in a timely manner to maximise sales opportunities
- Achieve or exceed customer satisfaction objectives, thereby ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and repeat sales
- Ensure that Company procedures are adhered in terms of handling cash and assisting in arranging vehicle finance
- Constantly improve selling techniques & customer handling skills
- Sell vehicle-related insurance products & accessories
- Maintain awareness of the automotive industry, update knowledge of product range, models, features and benefits
- Analyze the market situation and identify customer needs
- Explore opportunities to sell our products and services
المهارات
Required Skills to be successful:
- Minimum 3 years car selling experience (used or new cars)
- Native in Arabic & fluent in English or Western
- Demonstrated dealing with high volume preferred
- Must be with a reputable brand like Al Futtaim or major used car operators
About the Team:
The role will report to Branch Sales Manager, and you will be working in a busy environment wherein you will be dealing directly with internal and external customers daily.
What equips you for the role:
- At least 3 years car sales experience (New or Used cars), preferably as a senior sales executive, sales supervisor or sales manager.
- Demonstrated track record in sales & excellent customer service experience
- A genuine passion for leading by example
- UAE Driving Licence is a must
- PC proficiency
- Languages: Fluent English is a must
- Possess natural leadership qualities
