As an Office Admin, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of our office and providing accounting support to the finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and be able to multitask efficiently.
Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Handle general administrative tasks, such as drafting letters and emails, answering phone calls, and responding to inquiries.
- Take minutes during meetings and circulate to relevant parties.
- Develop and maintain business documents, reports, and presentation.
- Control all aspects of project documentation on multiple booksale events, utilizing various control methods/systems and ensure electronic and hard copy of documents are stored and easily retrievable.
- Coordinate and maintain positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of book sale events.
- Work closely with the finance team, in managing and processing invoices, transactions, and expenses to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Organize vendor/supplier contracts and evaluate invoices as per the agreements.
- Assist the Event Management Executive with booksale event budget planning and forecasting.
- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely replenishment.
- Perform other responsibilities and tasks as directed by the management to meet the company’s objectives.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in office administration and accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
