الوصف الوظيفي

  • Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
  • Facilitate a swift monthly closure by computing essential factors like tax returns, fixed assets, and ledger data.
  • Facilitate a smooth yearly audit process through an independent evaluator by providing accurate transactions and balances of the company.
  • Prepare accurate reports on all the financial closing statements of the company.
  • Publish financial statements in time.
  • Follow the standard operating procedure of national and state finance laws strictly.
  • Accounts Set up, prepare monthly financials, Data entry including Sales & Purchases
  • Follow up for purchase invoices & booking
  • Preparation of SOA for suppliers, Extraction of monthly expenses report
  • Maintaining payroll file, Application of receipts & payments against each transaction
  • Reconciliation of daily cash deposits at the bank
  • Recording of Petty Cash transactions
  • Preparation of Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet. & PDC tracking report
  • Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
  • Dealing with email inquiries
  • Taking minutes
  • Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities
  • Data entry (sales figures, property listings, etc.)

  • Enthusiastic candidate with an Accounting background, ready to tackle the challenges in the core Finance domain.
  • Expertise in handling financial activities by implementing the latest management and cost reduction trends.
  • Ability to interact with the company's management and other departments in a clear and concise manner.
  • An analytical personality, apt in understanding data by investigating the interplay between various information.
  • Presenting an in-depth analysis of the company's financial statements through concise reports.
  • Qualified Microsoft Suite professional with a proven track record of implementing technology in financial tasks.
