IT Support Executive (UAE National)
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Responding to Helpdesk tickets by providing user support through diagnosing and troubleshooting problems related to Hardware or Software via. Phone, email, or in-person.
- Documentation of all issues encountered with solutions by utilizing Helpdesk software for sharing with team and for future reference
- Analyzing the requirements and procuring assets with suitable specifications in response to requests made.
- Setup, and provision of Business systems for users.
- Maintenance and up-gradation of assets to isolate issues with performance and to ensure its longevity
- Training users to identify and troubleshoot minor issues.
- Educating users with software fundamentals to simplify work and increase productivity
- Utilizing the information on the Internet and technical manuals to provide workable solutions for problems encountered.
- Expanding the range of internet connectivity by providing and implementing network devices and assisting end-users in achieving a successful connection
- Ensuring that the data backup was carried out and that all the information is safe and secure
