As Head of Secondary Education you will be responsibility for bringing to life the School's Vision for Learning. Our children are ambitious about their futures and are looking for committed teachers who are capable of helping them succeed.

You will lead, inspire and guide the Secondary School. This includes staff, students and parents to ensure the highest of standards of learning and achievement.

An inclusive monthly salary range of 30k to 33k (Tax free);

who you are

We are looking for an experienced Head of Secondary to promote an inspiring vision and clear direction for the development and success of our Secondary school. To provide strategic and operational leadership for all areas of provision in the Secondary and ensure excellent standards of curriculum design, teaching and assessment practices that produce high levels of engagement, achievement and progress for children of all abilities. Three years of school management/leadership in a similar setting. Dubai experience is preferable.

Skills & Competencies:

Knowledge of international accreditation, inspection and evaluation frameworks- Experience in child protection, health and safety;
Experience in developing and planning;
Highly effective relationship management with a variety of stakeholders;
Display a high level of professional competence in all areas of responsibility;
Collaborative team player and strategic thinker- Able to convert vision into action;
Flexible and capable of managing growth and instilling high standards, adept in multilingual settings.Education & Qualifications:
Master’s degree;
Teaching certification;
NPQH or equivalent;
Educational leadership qualification.
