Enterprise Sales Account Manager
Responsibilities
- Increase sales and achieve the needed targets and increase the promotion of products.
- Reports on customer needs, problems, interests & competitive activities for new products and services.
- Conduct daily, weekly & monthly sales reports.
- Reach out to customer & corporate leads and Establish new corporate accounts.
- Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets Volume and Value.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Continuously improve account management & customer feedback.
- Understanding customer needs and providing support and solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, and contact new or existing customers to discuss how specific products can meet their needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 2 -4 years of sales experience in the IT or Telecom sector.
- Experience with selling SaaS or Cloud-based business solutions to large enterprise customers.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command of English communication skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Must have a car available during working hours.
