The FITTING Supervisor is responsible of complete kitchen sets, focussing on careful installation at customer premises.

controls careful professional installation of kitchen sets is mandatory to complete company delivery service to customer. Personally, Inform customer upon arrival.

Any mishaps should be avoided, by proper planning (completeness of kitchen sets) and executed by best skilled carpenter craftmanship.

The FITTING supervisor is an individual with great hand dexterity and an eye for detail.

The goal is to contribute to the construction and maintenance of strong and long-lasting kitchen installations to server the company commitment to quality.

المهارات

· Must have UAE manual driving license

· min 3 years’ experience as Carpenter in furniture business

· Hands-on experience in working with carpentry materials

· Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction

· Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools (powered saws, hammers, rulers etc.)

· Ability to read technical documents and drawings

· Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times

· Good physical condition and endurance

· Leadership skills to run a multi culture team

· Able to give clear directions to direct reports, workers in their tasks

· Able to improvise, customer committed, does his utmost to secure the installation on the day

· Planning skills, look ahead and make sure all information that might impact fitting operations are available and appropriate actions are planned

· Report any kind of shortfall in process to Fitting Manager and work actively on solution to avoid reoccurrence

· Good knowledge of Arabic

· Good understanding of basic math
