CRM Specialist

Location -Amman , ,Jordan (JO)

Job Responsibilities

Meet SLAs by actioning requests on the ticketing system

Ensure account opening process is handled correctly and in a timely manner

Manage the CRM system and ensure all sales teams are trained & equipped to use the system

Ensure continuity of customer data integrity in the system

Prepare Non – financial CRM reports as needed

Manage the efficiency of the lead management process

Enhance customer satisfaction by providing timely corrective actions

Implement CRM policies and procedures within corporate standards

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

0 – 2 years of relevant working experience desirable

Analytical skills and Capability to interpret data needed

Strong Written and Verbal communication skills required

Customer Centricity and keen attention to detail

Report Writing skills desirable

Ability to collaborate cross functionally at a global scale

English Language Proficiency needed
