One of our clients is looking for a Software quality engineer, you can find the description below:
Summary:
The Software quality engineer, s responsibility is to understand the business requirement and write test cases in order to test the business requirement implementation results.
Main responsibility:
- Familiarity with modern development approaches like Agile, Scrum, Kanban
- Create test cases and Perform focused cross-platform creative testing
- Conduct automated and manual tests.
- Work closely with the scum team and developers to ensure that bugs are fixed based on test case results to maintain quality and accuracy.
- Participate in Design and requirements discussions in order to write and help others write test cases.
- Experience in testing mobile and web applications
- APIs Testing using Postman
- Write Automation scripts using Selenium, Java, Appium, and Rest-Assured.
- Able to carry out fundamental performance testing using JMeter.
- Proficiency with agile SDLC management tools (JIRA)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in software engineering or any related field
- 3+ years of experience as a software QA engineer
