Experience:

Minimum 2/3 years of experience in sales (Experience in Real estate industry would be an advantage).

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field. Master’s is a plus.

Job Location:

Silver Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Responsible for in-house training for all employee.

2. Coordinate monthly training calendar, including general induction and introduction to the CRM( Technology)

3. Ensure success of new agents by executing and tracking new agent training program

4. Generate results and measure the performance of trainees after the session

5. Analyse day to day needs to training in the sales team.

6. Maintain up to date knowledge of property laws & policies.

المهارات

Skills & Requirements:

1. Strong team management & coaching skills.
2. Proficiency in English is must. Arabic & other languages are a plus.
3. Good knowledge of Dubai Real Estate industry & real estate laws.
4. Target driven.
5. Strong communication skills – including both verbal & written.
6. Good Product Knowledge.
7. Strong negotiation skills.
8. Relationship-building.
9. Should have UAE driving license.
