Expected Salary range 6k-8k AED / Month (Subject to Management Approval)
Required Experience 2-5 years with a mandatory minimum of 2 years UAE experience.
Required Academic Background : Bachelor’s in Interior Design, Architecture, or Art
Required Software expertise (A mandatory minimum of one in each of the following categories)
2D drafting:

i. Auto Cad (Industry standard)

ii. Rhinoceros (Extra marks – Personal Preference as we will be shifting into full utilization in the future)

i. Sketchup (If this is the only modeling software known by the candidate, consider

the candidate on the Mid-tier of the requirement as this is the current industry standard)

ii. 3DS MAX

iii. Rhinoceros

iv. Revit or ArchiCAD (Good but not the current requirement – Consider it as a plus)

i. Vary / I-Ray

ii. Lumion

iii. Enscape

i. Adobe Photoshop (Mandatory)

ii. Adobe InDesign

iii. Adobe Illustrator

iv. Office (Word / PowerPoint / Excel) (Mandatory)

i. Assist Dept. Head in preparation of initial concept drawings and renders, material selection.

ii. Prepare deliverables to the clients such as presentations, final renders, mood boards, etc..

iii. Coordinate the initial design criteria with the team including the senior staff, junior staff, and draftsmen.

Well-versed in planning and implementation of interior design projects on a professional level.
Adept at understanding design elements like balance, contrast, scale, and other technical aspects of interior decoration.
Expert designer with fluency in operating computer software like AutoCAD, Infurnia, and Revit.
Excellent portfolio of previous works.
Proficient in presenting design concepts through proper choice of communication channels.
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design from a reputed educational institute.
