1. Provide schedules of quantities of the various project elements.

2. Negotiate with client for proper billing breakdown percentage.

3. Prepare Interim Payment Certificates (IPCs) and invoicing format as per client requirements.

4. Prepare periodical BOQ revisions /updates due to VOs or any change of scope.

5. Issue all subcontractors and vendors invoices, and back charges, and final measure.

6. Support in the estimate of the cost of variations, & claims.

7. Prepare of the necessary Logs (Change order log, Variation order log, Claim log, Early warning log, Subcontractors log, etc.).

1. Aware of Construction Technical knowledge.

2. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

3. Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.

4. Effective communication skills.

5. Excellent attention to detail.

6. Great networking skills.

7. Strong in MS Office.

8. Proficient in English.
