الوصف الوظيفي

• Drive execution of multiple key operational control initiatives while taking appropriate action to ensure timely and effective program oversight and execution.

• Provide general commercial/contractual support to the project teams.

• Develop, review, and verify preliminary plan for project (commercial & contract strategy), contract set-up, and commercial delivery schedules and recommend improvements. • Oversee the preparation of subcontractor agreements and assist in negotiations of changes, modifications, and claims. • Design and implement control structures and systems, governance, and measure interpreting regulatory, policy and standards requirements to proactively implement a best-in-class control environment. • Perform control design reviews to identify control improvements; provide oversight and review of operations errors.

• Support and advise the management on all aspects of contract requirements and Claims.

• Prepare and share formal delay notice, damage property notice, progress disruption notice, additional works notice & extension of time notice in coordination with related departments.

• participate in the negotiation of contract modifications and financial claims for the main contract and subcontracts / suppliers, review and validate the commercial and contractual merits.

• Ensure that standardized contracts and commercial processes / controls / reports are applied throughout the Project. • Ensure comprehensive guidance, continuous and cross-functional daily communication, and support to the business on all compliance-related matters, local and corporate procedures, internal controls requirements.

المهارات

• Subject matter expertise in operational risk and controls; working knowledge of relevant regulations and standard industry processes.

• Relevant work experience in Cost, planning, Quantity Survey, Procurement and Engineering areas is a Plus

• Strong control-focus with a broad understanding of the risk and control frameworks.

• Excellent leadership abilities including the ability to drive innovation and change in a constantly evolving environment.

• Excellent Team Management skills.

• Outstanding communication skills.

• Excellent analytical & Critical thinking

• Excellent command of English Language.

• Strong in MS Office.
