We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our office, including managing administrative tasks, providing support to our staff, and maintaining an efficient work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments.
- Organize and maintain office files and records
- Process invoices and manage office expenses
- Assist with sales-related tasks, such as conducting market research as necessary
- Provide support to staff with general office needs, such as ordering office supplies and coordinating meetings
- Ensure office equipment and supplies are maintained and stocked
- Manage office correspondence and mail
المهارات
- 4+ years of experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other office software
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
