Technical Support Specialist – Senior Level

Responsibilities

  • Continuously upgrade internal department systems with the latest software.
  • Create and maintain tips and tricks solutions for online databases and websites.
  • Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
  • Track, maintain, and report internal system hardware issues.
  • Updating hardware required for the maintenance of servers and the network
  • Ensure uninterrupted network connectivity.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Active Directory and DNS for Active Directory, as well as skills necessary for Group Policy and Active Directory Security solutions.
  • Ensure employee, server, and archives data backup
  • Supporting employees with any hardware/software issues.
  • Perform systematic network diagnostics tests.
  • Analyze, log, track, and resolve complex issues pertaining to networking connectivity issues, printers, Windows servers, and applications
  • Maintain, upgrade and improve network security, speed, and availability.
  • Ensure updated ticketing systems.
  • Ensure updated CRM systems.
  • Provide systematic reports with suggested researched solutions.
  • Upgrade clients’ software to be up-to-date.
  • Communicate with clients for support.

Qualifications

  • 5- 8 years of technical support experience
  • Customer service oriented
  • Strong written and verbal and troubleshooting skills
