Technical Support Specialist – Senior Level
Responsibilities
- Continuously upgrade internal department systems with the latest software.
- Create and maintain tips and tricks solutions for online databases and websites.
- Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
- Track, maintain, and report internal system hardware issues.
- Updating hardware required for the maintenance of servers and the network
- Ensure uninterrupted network connectivity.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Active Directory and DNS for Active Directory, as well as skills necessary for Group Policy and Active Directory Security solutions.
- Ensure employee, server, and archives data backup
- Supporting employees with any hardware/software issues.
- Perform systematic network diagnostics tests.
- Analyze, log, track, and resolve complex issues pertaining to networking connectivity issues, printers, Windows servers, and applications
- Maintain, upgrade and improve network security, speed, and availability.
- Ensure updated ticketing systems.
- Ensure updated CRM systems.
- Provide systematic reports with suggested researched solutions.
- Upgrade clients’ software to be up-to-date.
- Communicate with clients for support.
Qualifications
- 5- 8 years of technical support experience
- Customer service oriented
- Strong written and verbal and troubleshooting skills
