Senior IT Analyst
Job description:
Senior ITOC Analyst in our office in Amman, Jordan.
The Senior ITOC Analyst is responsible for providing first and second line + third line technical support to Equiti internal staff and must be able to work whilst communicating with the ITOC team globally, also ensuring IT support is effective and efficient across the . ITOC is processing all 1st line, 2nd line requests for users support to enable Equiti employees to be well equipped to perform their duties.

System image builds and automated system deployment.

Ticketing system experience

Security / cyber security

Networking and DNS

Windows Support

Mac Support

Windows Server and Active Directory administration

VOIP Support
Experience Requirements
-
Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience or technical certifications.

3-7 years of professional IT experience.

Financial services technology background is a plus.

Can do attitude with the ability to work in fast paced demanding environment.

Self-motivated.
-
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.

Bi-Lingual – Arabic & English language skills required.

BSc in computer engineering, information systems or related majors. ·

An ITIL Foundation is a preferable.
-
MCSA and MCSE will be preferable.
