We are currently looking for a talented Sales & Administration Coordinator FULL TIME who has knowledge and experience in the Cleaning Company.

They must know areas in Abu Dhabi and be able to start after the Eid period.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing schedules for cleaners' daily works
  • Dispatching the cleaners schedule to the assigned drivers as per the designated zones
  • Coordinating between drivers and cleaners as well as the clients regarding their schedule
  • Answering phone calls, WhatsApps and emails,
  • Focusing on daily sales target
  • Database entry on daily basis

المهارات

  • Excellent English and Tagalog skills
  • Excellent computer skills – MS Office Suite, Outlook emails, CRM Software
  • Strong social media skills
  • Minimum Higher Diploma or Bachelor degree
  • Minimum 2 years UAE experience in telemarketing in Real Estate or Cleaning Services or Technical Services
