Now we are looking for Massage Therapist to join our energetic, enthusiastic and passionate team at Grand Hyatt Amman

The Massage Therapist will be responsible to perform professional massage therapy, body treatments, facials, manicures, pedicures and waxing (aesthetic services) and remain current with the industry. Perform in a safe and professional manner to clients. Provide uncompromised attention to guest/ member service.

As a Massage Therapist, you will be reporting directly to the Spa Manager and below are some of the key responsibilities:

To massage clients maintaining the clients comfort at all times.
Perform all body treatments, as certified/ trained to do so.
Be on time for appointments and thoroughly review appointments after completing each massage.
Keep work area clean and neat at all times.
Maintain an ample inventory of all products necessary to perform all treatments offered.
The ability to courteously interact and answer all facility related questions with members and guests.
Perform loofah treatments and herbal wraps as required.
Be aware of current trends in body treatment and aesthetic industry.
Serve as catalyst to promote spa services to members and hotel guests.
Maintain current professional licenses.
Ensure individual is well versed in all aspects of the Spa's operations i.e. business telephone usage, guest relations, spa services (massage, loofah, facial, etc.), Retail sales.
Report dysfunctional equipment to Manager.
Assist in the operations of departments as required such as; Fitness, Facility Operations, etc…
