PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Service Desk (Primary Focus)
▪ Previous extensive experience as Service Desk Ticketing/Incident Management system in MNC. ▪Level 1 & Level 2 remote or phone-based technical support to end users for all
network/server/desktop/laptop/printer issues related to hardware and software for Wellbore Operations
in the MENA & APAC Regions.
- ▪ Proven track record of providing first-class customer service including timely resolution of customer
- issues and consistent communication of status with the user.
- ▪ Sound working knowledge of O365, Active Directory, Domain Controllers, File Servers, DNS, DHCP,
- GPOs.
- ▪ Knowledge of Microsoft PC Imaging techniques, server/workstation patching and remote software
- deployment (via SCCM).
- ▪ Develop common-sense solutions to complex business problems through in-depth investigation,
- coordination, and collaboration with key decision-makers.
- ▪ Assist in creating operational documents, training materials, help subsystems, user documentation and
- technical project documentation, as required and make recommendations on technical issues for process improvement.
Infrastructure
- ▪ Basic knowledge and troubleshooting skills – Routing, Switching, Firewalls, WAP's. ▪ Maintain inventory of IT assets as well as deploy all hardware & software requests. ▪ Deploy & maintain Global Cisco Wi-Fi environment.
- ▪ Manage DFARF requests.
- ▪ Deploy & maintain audio/visual equipment.
- ▪ Deploy & maintain Xerox/HP printers.
Administrative
- ▪ Manage Microsoft end user licensing.
- ▪ Manage cellular carriers.
- ▪ Build relationships with software and hardware vendors. ▪ Manage 3rd Party vendors for on-site support.
- ▪ Manage hardware RMAs.
المهارات
ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
▪ Bachelor’s degree in any IT Field, MCSE, CCNA.
▪ Certifications (Preferred): A+, Microsoft, CCNA.
▪ Applications Experience: Microsoft 365, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft OS.
▪ 3+ years’ experience preferred.
