Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate for this role would have previous work experience as a General Manager. The successful candidate will have proven experience leading hotel operations and demonstrated strong sales & marketing leadership, front office, some food & beverage flair and strong financial acumen.

Roles & Responsibilities
· Managing the ongoing profitability of the hotel, ensuring revenue and guest satisfaction targets are met and
exceeded.
· Leading, directing, and managing all aspects of hotel operations
· Budgeting, Forecasting, Strategic Planning, and Leading service initiatives
· Implementing and complying with all company policies and standards
· Overseeing sales and marketing initiatives
· Monitoring and developing team member performance, providing supervision and professional development
· Identifying operational performance, productivity, and efficiency gaps and implementing measures to correct
deficiencies.
· Recruiting, interviewing team members.
· Other duties as assigned by owners.
Qualifications
· Minimum of 5 years of General Manager Experience
· A bachelor’s degree preferably in Hospitality Management or Business Management
· Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel
· Experience implementing and applying OSHMS, HACCP and ISO 9001/ 14001/45001
· Positive and inspiring personality.
· Fluency in English
