Create and update product listings on our website and other online marketplaces.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure that products are in stock and available for purchase.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to increase website traffic and sales.
Manage customer orders and resolve any issues related to shipping or returns.
Plan and implement product displays and layouts in our retail store to optimize sales.
Manage inventory levels and restock merchandise as needed.
Train and manage sales associates to provide excellent customer service.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
Answer inbound calls from customers and provide information or resolve issues.
Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to track calls and manage customer interactions.
Follow up with customers who have expressed interest in our products or services.
Maintain knowledge of our products and services to effectively answer customer questions.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
2+ years of experience in E-commerce, In-store merchandising and telemarketing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Fluent in English and Arabic language is a plus.
Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
Passion for specialty coffee is a plus.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
