MPW Capital Advisors (“MPW”), an Outsourced Investor Relations (“O-IR”) and Principal Investment firm based in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, New York, and Seoul, is seeking a skilled Bookkeeper / Data Entry Support to join our team. The Bookkeeper / Data Entry Support will work closely with the current Chief Finance Officer, Office Manager, and VP-Business Development at MPW.
Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Assisting the Chief Finance Officer and Office Manager in bookkeeping, expense reporting and budgeting procedures for the company.
- Creating and updating databases and records for financial information, personnel, and other data.
- Submitting financial reports and preparing proposals and presentations as needed.
- Assisting colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so.
- Input data accurately and timely into financial systems such as Excel & Salesforce, ensuring completeness and accuracy of information.
- Overseeing and supporting the entire sales process by providing CRM support and assist in coordinating due diligence to facilitate investor commitments into a Fund.
- Interfacing with senior management in the coordination, briefing and follow up of internal and external prospect meetings.
- Ensuring quality and timeliness with respect to our response to RFPs and RFIs, when applicable.
- Contributing to the development of standard marketing materials and presentations
- Maintaining the accuracy and development of regional investor relationships.
- Overseeing coordination of inter-department resources, including Reporting, Due Diligence, Business Development and Senior Management.

Requirements and Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field with basic knowledge of business management is necessary.
· Prior experience in data entry or accounting is a plus but not required.
· Must be flexible to work hours outside normal workday in order to communicate with global clients and colleagues.
· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
