Associate Manager Transaction Advisory
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Associate Manager Transaction Advisory to join our team in Amman. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis and decision-making, with at least 4 years of relevant experience in a big 4 accounting firm. They will possess excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as experience managing project teams, and have at least 3 years of experience at an audit or a consultancy firm. Responsibilities:
– Perform research and analysis of industry trends, market conditions, and competitors
– Develop financial models and forecasts to support transaction analysis and valuation
– Prepare presentations, reports, and other communication materials for clients and stakeholders
– Identify potential risks and opportunities associated with the transaction, and make recommendations for risk mitigation or value enhancement.
– Manage and coordinate project teams, including liaising with other service lines and external parties as necessary
– Conduct financial due diligence on potential acquisitions or investments
– Participate in business development activities, including proposals, client presentations, and marketing efforts
– Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices, and share insights with the team and clients
Qualifications:
– Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
– At least 4 years of relevant experience in financial analysis and decision-making, 3 years as an audit or in consultancy firm, preferably in a big 4 accounting firm
– Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze financial statements and projections
– Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders
– Experience managing and coordinating project teams
– Strong business development skills, with experience in proposals, client presentations, and marketing efforts
