الوصف الوظيفي
Technical Support Trainee
- Handling Small projects independently on Desktops, Printers, Laptops, Wi-Fi, Switching and Routing systems and End user Client systems.
- Taking care of Internal Systems- breakdowns , co-ordination with vendors , HO IT team etc
- Regular upkeep of systems , Basic System Administration including backups
- Preparing reports and entering the same in the system.
- Reporting to MCSL on daily basis for updating calls situation, spares requirement etc.
- Preventive Maintenance services.
- Provide patches to client’s systems appropriate
- Have good cross department communication and relationships.
