Senior Tender & Cost estimation engineer

Job Description

• Review tender documents to evaluate the scope of the project and provide recommendations to the direct manager accordingly.
• Manage associated cost preparation, breakdown responsibilities
• Develop the technical skills of the Tenders & estimation team
• Timely management of tender activities
• Prepare technical & commercial proposals.
• Attend clarification meetings with the Client when required.
• Ensure that tenders meet company commercial guidelines
• Take responsibility for all associated handover documentation in the event of an order
• Study the project’s documents like drawings, specifications, and schedule, and review tender documents and contract to be able to follow up on materials required.
• Prepare comparative analysis documents related to specs, price, delivery conditions

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Arch engineering
• 5-7 years of experience in a tendering and estimation position
• Alexandria residence
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Previous working experience in Saudi Arabia’s market is preferable.
