Role Details:

• Making reservations based various requirements.

• Checking the availability of accommodation or transportation.

• Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.

• Selling and promoting reservation services.

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

• Proficient in English, other languages are a plus.

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position.

• Flexible working hours.
