Office Manager
Job Description:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the office space and ensure all clients are satisfied with their experience
- Assist with advertising and marketing efforts to promote available workspaces and attract new clients
- Coordinate and manage booking of workspaces, ensuring availability and suitability of space for each client's needs
- Assist with contract completion and ensure that all necessary documentation is in place
- Onboard new clients, including ensuring that internet and other necessary services are working properly
- Ensure the office space is always clean and presentable, working with the building operator to resolve any issues or concerns
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients and handle any complaints or issues that arise
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating events or meetings in the office space
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferable
- Experience in office management, customer service, or a related field is preferable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with marketing and advertising, with knowledge of various advertising channels and methods is preferable
- Knowledge of contract management and legal documentation
- Familiarity with basic IT systems and troubleshooting, with experience in setting up and maintaining office technology and equipment is preferable
- Ability to work independently, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude, with a desire to provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
