The role:

To provide HSE training to the clients at client location and virtual. The role also supports the Head Training by managing and monitoring data, documentation, administration, and following up with our training center operations on compliance and responsible for maintaining HS functions of the machine shop production area.

Key Accountabilities:

• Under the direction of the Training Manager, the HSE Trainer will develop and deliver HSE Training programs to our clients.
• Conduct assessment based on the provided training.
• Organize HSE training programs including the date, time, location, and duration of training events.
• Be able to deliver Lifting supervisor, Scaffolding, Banks Man, Rigging & Slinging courses
• Maintain HSE training records & register for new and existing staff and ensure they are updated as required.
• Communicate with the Training Manager for any additional HSE training requirements at various phases.
• Determine HSE training needs for staff and develop best practices for required training.
• Improve and adapt existing training programs for delivery and efficiency.
• Prepare training materials/presentation slides on HSE subjects for all HSE training identified in the training matrix and any project-specific HSE training.

المهارات

Expected Qualifications:

• Preferably a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• H&S-related qualification (IOSH/NEBOSH).
• Train the Trainer, IOSH & NEBOSH approved trainer
• Preferably Adnoc Group Experience
• Holder of valid UAE driving license

Expected Experience:

• 5+ years of HSE experience in oil & gas industry (preferably)

Job-Specific Knowledge & Skills:

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to develop and deliver H&S training sessions
