We are startup women clothing brand seeking a talented and passionate Fashion Designer to join our growing team. The Fashion Designer will be responsible for designing and developing innovative and unique clothing designs that align with our brand's vision and aesthetic. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of current fashion trends, fabric and material knowledge, as well as technical expertise in garment construction and pattern making.

-Responsibilities:

Create original designs for our clothing line
Develop detailed technical sketches and specifications for each design
Collaborate with the creative team to ensure all designs align with our brand's vision
Conduct research to stay up to date with fashion trends, materials, and techniques
Communicate with manufacturers to oversee production and ensure quality standards are met
Attend fittings and make necessary adjustments to garments
