Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Trainer to join our team at Clarity as a Customer Service Trainer, you will be responsible for creating and delivering training programs to enhance the customer service skills of our team members.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs to improve the customer service skills of our team members.
- Conduct training sessions in a classroom setting, virtual environment, or on-the-job training.
- Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for improvement and develop training plans to address them.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as necessary.
- Monitor the progress of trainees and provide feedback to the management team.
- Create and update training materials such as manuals, presentations, and videos.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer service.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Trainer or similar role.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Ability to develop effective training programs and materials.
- Ability to deliver engaging and interactive training sessions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
