Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Trainer to join our team at Clarity as a Customer Service Trainer, you will be responsible for creating and delivering training programs to enhance the customer service skills of our team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training programs to improve the customer service skills of our team members.
  • Conduct training sessions in a classroom setting, virtual environment, or on-the-job training.
  • Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for improvement and develop training plans to address them.
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Monitor the progress of trainees and provide feedback to the management team.
  • Create and update training materials such as manuals, presentations, and videos.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer service.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Trainer or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Ability to develop effective training programs and materials.
  • Ability to deliver engaging and interactive training sessions.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
