Responsibilities:
- Manage the incoming calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts
- Handle customer complaints
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
المهارات
Skills:
- Customer support experience
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Team work, customer care, and ability to work under pressure.
- Good in English (speak, read, and write)
- French as a second language is preferred
- Basic computer skills including commercial letters, MS Office, and internet.
