Job Description:

§ Handle a team of at least 3 ambassadors to manage their KPIs, tasks and schedules.

§ Exceed the operating profit as projected with your General Manager for your location by maintaining floor occupancy levels above 85%.

§ Understand all organization USPs and how clients can benefit and how we offer solutions that add value to our clients’ businesses.

§ Keep CRM up to date with correct sales notice details & Agreements uploaded along with all sales opportunities as per the system standards.

§ Work with Marketing team to hold events and guest speakers.

§ Ensure client is assisted with settling in to feel well accommodated and welcome; and attend to client queries or concerns within 24 hours.

Employment Type: Full Time

Salary: up to 12K AED depending on experience and qualifications

Qualifications:

§ Open to Arabic native speakers

§ Female, 30 years old and above
