Service Center Manager
Job Description
- Responsible for extending and optimizing the service network.
- Planning, organizing, managing, and developing work in relation to after-sales services.
- Maintenance, spare parts, and customer service providing the best possible services to customers and reaching the highest possible level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Support home appliance service Strategy.
- Develop a qualified and efficient home appliance services team to execute the service plan.
- Make clear KPIs to evaluate and improve teamwork.
- Responsible for owning service center and third-party performance Management.
- Make accruing action plan to improve its performance and meet customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for home appliance new business development. such as process marketing and monitoring
Job Requirements
- Good knowledge of in-home appliance service.
- Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics, Electricity, or Industrial Engineering.
- No less than 7 years experience in the management of service centers and spare parts in a medium or large-sized company preferably in household appliances.
- Excellent in English
- Retail sector experience
- Good communication skills
- Highly effective and professional verbal and written communication skills with the team, internal customers, and suppliers that include a strong focus on teamwork and internal/external customer satisfaction.
- Experience in ERP Systems is a plus.
