Service Center Manager

Job Description

  • Responsible for extending and optimizing the service network.
  • Planning, organizing, managing, and developing work in relation to after-sales services.
  • Maintenance, spare parts, and customer service providing the best possible services to customers and reaching the highest possible level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Support home appliance service Strategy.
  • Develop a qualified and efficient home appliance services team to execute the service plan.
  • Make clear KPIs to evaluate and improve teamwork.
  • Responsible for owning service center and third-party performance Management.
  • Make accruing action plan to improve its performance and meet customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for home appliance new business development. such as process marketing and monitoring

Job Requirements

  • Good knowledge of in-home appliance service.
  • Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics, Electricity, or Industrial Engineering.
  • No less than 7 years experience in the management of service centers and spare parts in a medium or large-sized company preferably in household appliances.
  • Excellent in English
  • Retail sector experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Highly effective and professional verbal and written communication skills with the team, internal customers, and suppliers that include a strong focus on teamwork and internal/external customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in ERP Systems is a plus.
