We are looking for a highly motivated office Administrator, with strong interpersonal and organizational skills, a keen ability to multitask, directing and assisting visitors, and resolving administrative inquiries to join our team. Experience in printing industry will be beneficial.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative/secretarial support such as answering telephones, assisting visitors (including coffee, tea, water service), and resolving and referring a range of administrative problems and inquiries.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, appointments, events and other similar activities for supervisors, with coordinating travel as well as lodging arrangements, maintain calendars
- Establish, maintain, and update files, databases, records, and other documents;
- Sort, review, screen and distribute incoming and outgoing mail;
- Supplies, equipment and services ordering and inventory control for the office.
- Compile management information and prepare reports as required.
- Word processing and data entry skills.
- Coordinate the work of cleaning services
المهارات
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Previous experience in a customer service preferred
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office
– Basic knowledge of UAE Labor Law
– Basic book-keeping skills
