Marketing and Customer Support Manager
GhaseelCom – Jordan is looking for a Marketing and Customer Support Manager to be responsible for developing sales and marketing strategy and go-to-market plans for a diverse range of products to support our growth strategy while managing a small team of customer support professionals.
Experience & Responsibilities:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing and Sales, and ideally with some experience in customer support.
• Ability to think strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations, and action plans.
• Develop a profitable strategy, and support key business objectives and growth.
• Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies.
• Studying market trends, and preparing sales forecasts.
• Generating new business leads and driving sales from the online channels.
• Increasing brand awareness and market share, with Growth mindset
• Developing, designing, and managing the marketing budget.
• Preparing and presenting reports to senior management.
• On hand Knowledge and experience in optimizing online Ads ( IG, FB, Google,…..etc.)
• Manage and guide the Customer Support team.
• Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels, such as content creation, paid campaigns, social media, and lead generation campaigns.
• Scrutinize consumer behavior and adjust advertising campaigns accordingly.
• Enhance the customer journey and experience.
