Job Description
The ideal candidate for this position is a project manager with a strong background in real estate. The
position includes responsibilities locally as well as internationally including, but not limited to, the
following:
- Managing sales and marketing of real estate properties (for rent and purchase)
- Managing existing tenants
- Managing private equity and public securities funds
- Producing monthly and quarterly financial reports
- Organizing and updating business assets (documents, licenses, etc.)
- Researching real estate trends across Jordan and specific other markets
- Identifying new investment opportunities

Salary will be commensurate with level of experience, and includes significant performance-based
bonuses.
